Ik ben deze site ooit begonnen toen ik volledig gericht was op mijn surfhobby. Door te zoeken naar goede trainingsvormen (metname voor in de winter) ter ondersteuning van mijn windsurfen ben ik gestuit op krachttraining en later crossfit en inmiddels ook gewichtheffen 🙂
Dat heeft er inmiddels toe geleid dat ik naast windsurfen ook veel tijd besteed aan crossfit/gewichtheffen, ook in de zomerperiode . Ik vind het leuk om daarover regelmatig een blog te maken. Echter voelt dat niet helemaal meer juist om dat op deze site te plaatsen, deze site is eigenlijk mijn windsurfsite.
Dat betekent dat ik er over nadenk de url van deze site te veranderen of mss wel een nieuwe site te beginnen. We zullen het zien.
