Een mooie formula training op ‘e Lemmer.
Vandaag 2 April 2017 zijn we gaan surfen op Lemmer. Een schitterende stek aan het IJsselmeer. Een ietwat krappe opstapplek maar als je eenmaal op het water bent helemaal top. met een windje van 10 knopen uit het Westen is het nodig om het setje met een paar pompslagen in plane te pompen maar daarna is het super varen. Ik heb het setje goed getrimd de laatste weken en kan snel de hoogte aan de wind pakken met mn 11 meter Loft en 72 Kashy vinnetje die de PDIII snel laat lopen over de kleine kabbelgolfjes van het IJsselmeer.
Cobus heeft iets meer moeite om in plane te komen en zo varen we een groot deel van de middag elk een beetje op onszelf
Na een duidelijke winddip rond 14:30 draait de wind verder naar noordwest en haalt tijdelijk aan naar 12 knopen. Voor Cobus nu makkelijk om ook snel in plane te komen en zo kunnen we weer een aantal rakken naast elkaar upwind varen en de trim nog verder optimaliseren. Het blijft top gaan. Heerlijke middag op het water, rond 16:00 vinden we het wel welletjes en pakken voldaan de spulletjes weer in. Het was weer top Cobus!!
Komende woensdag nog een training en dan op naar het eerste wedstrijdje van dit jaar op zondag as in Almere. Ik ben er klaar voor, hoewel….. Komende week……..
